State Rep. Frank Pratt and Pinal County’s T.J. Shope Endorse Paul Gosar for Congress

San Tan Valley, Arizona – State Rep. Frank Pratt, a Republican representing parts of Gila and Pinal Counties, endorsed Congressman Paul Gosar in the race for Arizona’s 4th Congressional District.

“In his first-term, Paul has proven himself a strong advocate for Central Arizona,” said Rep. Pratt. “He navigated the Resolution Copper mine legislation to House-passage –a feat three of his predecessors attempted and failed to accomplish. That mine will bring more than 3,700 badly needed jobs and billions of dollars of economic activity to our communities. I strongly support Paul because rural Arizona needs a leader with his work ethic and record of success.”

Also supporting Rep Gosar is legislative candidate T.J. Shope, who is running for a House seat to represent a district covering much of Pinal County.

“As a member of a school board and the Coolidge Chamber of Commerce, I have seen the hard work Dr. Gosar puts in to better Arizona,” Shope said. “He will continue to work hard for us to bring jobs here and reduce the size of the federal government.”

Dr. Gosar has earned the support of Pinal County leaders like Pratt, Shope and Apache Junction Mayor John Insalaco for his relentless efforts to take down Obamacare, his successful efforts to cut $2.3 trillion and balance the budget, and his strong advocacy for rural job creation. Gosar has been recognized as one of the most successful freshman members of Congress and has led the investigation on Operation Fast and Furious.

The Arizona Republic called Gosar “the best choice” for Arizona.

The Casa Grande Dispatch said “Gosar is a conservative who has represented his district well, traveling around the huge area and meeting with constituents in his time away from Washington.  The Dispatch endorses him.”
